Healthcare Coverage Resource Now Available To More Illinoisans

News (Thursday, March 28, 2019), a website aimed at helping Illinoisans secure health care coverage, is now accessible in Chinese, Arabic, and Polish, in addition to English and Spanish. Created by the Sargent Shriver National Center on Poverty Law to help primarily low-income individuals and families navigate Illinois Medicaid and Illinois’ Health Insurance Marketplace, this language expansion should allow a larger population to access this resource.

With over 2,000 monthly visits, also provides an avenue for those receiving public supports to learn about how to use the state’s online Manage My Case tool to keep up to date with their benefit, view notices, and file appeals. Access this resource here.
